4. Manners - Behaviourally challenging students are often unaware of the importance of simple terms like "Please & Thank You." I have many conversations with these students about both how and why people (their teachers, school staff, parents etc etc.) will treat them differently if they regularly say please and thank you.

4. Personal Hygiene II - This hygiene lesson focusses on clothing and the importance of wearing clean socks during the school day. Several students (especially in lower junior high) are unable or unwilling to regularly wear socks in their shoes. The problems this can present are not only odour, but also the social implications are often just as impactful.
